Invite-only quizzes

An invite-only quiz sends each person their own link from a list of names and emails, so only the people you invite can take it, and you can see who has started and finished.

Upload

Open the quiz and go to Settings → Invite-only.
Download the sample file and fill in 2 columns: name and email.
Upload it. Each guest gets their own link.

Send

Send invites one by one or all at once, or download all links to send them yourself.

The guest list shows 3 statuses for each person: invited, started and completed.

Good to know

Pair it with a scheduled quiz, so each guest takes it in their own time before it closes. You can download the invites from the launch screen too.
Check the guest list a day or 2 before the quiz closes, and send a reminder to anyone who hasn't started.
Links are personal, so ask guests not to forward theirs.
