How do I find skill gaps in my team after training?

In QG Playground, tag each question with a skill category that matches your training, up to 6 per quiz, or let Granny tag them for you. Run the quiz live at the end of the session or as a scheduled check afterwards. The report then shows a heatmap of people against categories, so gaps stand out by name, and places each person in a proficiency band: exceeds, meets, approaching or below, with a strength and an area to develop. Item analysis shows the hardest and most-missed questions, which usually point to a misconception rather than a person. Run the same quiz again later and the report shows improvement per category, from the first run to the latest. Share results as a PDF or Excel file, a personal email report for each person, or a private results link. Projects follow one batch across many quizzes. Deep analytics is on Pro Plus.
