Do players need an app or an account?

No. They need a browser and a nickname of 2 to 16 characters. Sometimes the host also asks for an email or other details, with a consent line.

What does “Room not found” mean?

The code is wrong, or the quiz hasn't started yet or has already ended. Check the code with the host and try again.

The host's plan limit for one session has been reached: 20 players on Free and 100 on Pro. Pro Plus and Enterprise have no limit.

They open qgplay.live again on the same device and carry on where they left off.

Players open your link, enter a nickname and email, and start. If the tab closes, they can continue on the same device.
