What is QG Playground Enterprise?

QG Playground Enterprise is for organisations that run quizzes, training checks and exams at scale, such as universities, corporate L&D teams, coaching institutes and large events. It is licensed per host: you choose how many host licences your trainers, faculty or event staff need, and all of them sit on one contract with one invoice. Enterprise includes everything in Pro Plus, from unlimited players and quizzes to custom branding with up to 3 logos, certificates, question banks and skills analytics, plus unlimited AI quiz generation, AI proctoring and priority support with a named contact. Formal assessments, with marking, one attempt per candidate and results released by private link, are added to the agreement when you need them. Admin roles and single sign-on are available on request, and we complete a security and data review, with a data processing agreement, before rollout. Players and candidates never pay or install anything.

How is Enterprise priced?
By the number of host licences your organisation needs, plus any add-ons such as proctored assessments. Everything sits on one contract with one yearly invoice. Talk to us for a quote.
What's included in Enterprise?
Everything in Pro Plus, unlimited AI quizzes, AI proctoring, priority support, onboarding for your hosts, and a security and data review with your IT or procurement team. Assessments are added to the agreement when you need them.
Can you run a pilot?
Yes. Most organisations start with a pilot for one department, course or event. We set it up with you and review the results together before a wider rollout.
Where is our data stored?
With our cloud database and hosting providers, under written data processing agreements. Enterprise customers can ask for details of the providers we use, and for a data processing agreement, as part of the security review.
Do you use our quiz content to train AI?
No. Prompts sent to AI models are kept for 30 days for debugging and are not used for model training.
Does AI proctoring use facial recognition?
No. There's no facial recognition, face matching or biometric template. The camera flags things like a second person or a phone, and a person at your organisation reviews the flags. Flags never end an exam on their own.
Can we use our own branding?
Yes. Each quiz can show up to 3 logos and a line of text across the top of the big screen and players' phones, with your colours or background, and certificates in your own design. Your logos replace ours in the top bar; a small footer line remains on resting screens.
Can each quiz have different branding?
Yes. Set branding per quiz, with a default logo from your account so every new quiz starts branded.
