How much does QG Playground cost?

QG Playground has four plans. Free costs nothing and includes 10 quizzes, live sessions for up to 20 players, 100 players a month, 500 AI credits to start and the core question types. Pro costs ₹799 a month billed yearly, or ₹999 billed monthly, plus 18% GST, and adds 50 quizzes, 100 players per session, 1,000 players a billing month, 2,000 AI credits a month, every question type, gamification and analytics with Excel export. Pro Plus costs ₹2,499 a month billed yearly, or ₹2,999 billed monthly, plus GST, and adds unlimited quizzes, 500 players per session with no monthly limit, 5,000 AI credits a month, scheduled quizzes, your own branding, player details, certificates, the question bank, groups and per-quiz skill analytics. Enterprise is priced for your organisation: you choose the number of host licences on one contract, and can add proctored assessments, onboarding and priority support, with admin roles and single sign-on on request. Players never pay or install anything. You can start free and upgrade at any time.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free costs nothing, has no time limit and needs no card. It includes 10 quizzes, live sessions with up to 20 players, 100 players a month and 500 AI credits to start, about two AI-made quizzes.
How is billing done?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in Indian rupees, plus 18% GST. Pay by card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay. You'll get a GST invoice, and businesses can add a GSTIN at checkout.
How does Enterprise licensing work?
Enterprise is licensed for your organisation: you choose how many host licences you need, and add assessments on one contract. Admin roles and single sign-on are available on request. Talk to us for a quote.
Do players need to pay or sign up?
No. Players join with a room code or QR on any phone, choose a nickname and play. They never pay, install an app or create an account.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing breaks mid-session. We'll let you know as you get close, for example when a Free room reaches 18 of 20 players, and you can upgrade at any time.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period, and you keep everything until then.
What happens to my quizzes if I downgrade?
If you have more quizzes than the new plan allows, we'll warn you first. The oldest extra quizzes are archived, and you can restore them by upgrading within the grace period.
Do you offer discounts for schools or NGOs?
Talk to us. Tell us about your school, college or non-profit and what you need, and we'll see what we can do.
Can I pay for just one event?
Yes. An event pass covers one quiz day, live or scheduled, on any plan, with no autopay. Live passes start at ₹150 + GST for up to 50 players and go up to 2,000 players; scheduled passes start at ₹150 for up to 100. It runs from 2 days before your date to 2 days after, includes about 300 AI credits, and you can add certificates, branding or player details. Price your event pass: you see the price without logging in, and log in only to pay.
What are Assessments?
Assessments are formal, proctored exams with marking and controlled result release. They're added to Enterprise agreements rather than sold as a self-serve plan.
