What's a good platform to run online tests with a time window?

QG Playground runs online tests in two ways. For everyday tests, use a scheduled quiz: set when it opens and closes, add a per-question or whole-quiz timer, minus marks, shuffled options and tab-switch detection, and share one link or personal invite links from a name and email list. A question bank gives every person a different balanced set, and certificates can go out automatically. Scheduled tests are on Pro and above. For formal exams, Enterprise customers use Assessments: papers with marks and negative marks per question, number and written answers you mark by hand, free or one-way navigation with a question palette, always-on protections, and optional AI proctoring with camera, screen share and ID checks. Results stay private until you release them, by email or through one private link where each candidate sees only their own result. Every test produces a report and an Excel export.

What's the difference between a scheduled quiz and an Assessment?
Scheduled quizzes are self-paced tests with timers and rules, on Pro and above. Assessments are formal exams with marks, written answers, navigation rules, proctoring and controlled release, for Enterprise.
Do people need an account?
No. They open the link, enter a nickname and email, and start.
Can I mark written answers?
Yes, in Assessments. Answers wait in a marking queue, and results stay provisional until everything is marked.
Can candidates see their results?
When you release them: by email, or through one private link where each candidate verifies their email and sees only their own result.
Can I stop people taking it twice?
Yes. Scheduled quizzes allow one attempt per email, and invite-only links tie each attempt to a person.
Is it fair if everyone gets different questions?
Yes, as long as the draw is balanced by category and difficulty, which the bank enforces.
Does a flag fail the candidate?
No. Flags never end an exam. A person reviews them afterwards.
Do you store face data?
No. There's no facial recognition and no biometric template.
