Training feedback form template

A good training feedback form is short and asks about things you can change. We suggest five questions: an overall rating of the session on a 5-point scale, how useful the content will be in their work, a rating of the trainer, a ranking of the topics from most to least useful, and a one-word answer to “How do you feel now?” shown as a word cloud. In QG Playground, open this training feedback form template, change what you need, and run it live in the last two minutes of the session, while everyone is still in the room, so nearly everyone answers. People join with a room code and a nickname, which makes the feedback more honest, and the averages appear on the big screen as they answer. Rating and ranking questions need a paid plan; the word cloud works on every plan, including Free. The report keeps every answer for later.
