How do I test employees after safety or POSH training?

Use a scheduled quiz with scenario questions and a record for every employee. In QG Playground, start from the POSH awareness template or ask Granny to write scenario questions from your safety or POSH policy, such as “The fire alarm goes off during a client call. What do you do first?”. Schedule the quiz with a time window so every employee can take it on their own device, and switch on player details to collect employee IDs and email with a consent line. Add a whole-quiz timer and tab-switch detection for a stricter check. When the quiz ends, certificates can be emailed as a PDF, and the report shows who is above your pass mark, who needs a follow-up, and which scenarios people found hardest. Export the list as CSV for your records. National Safety Day on 4 March is a good date to schedule a workplace safety quiz.

Can I set a pass mark?
Yes. The report shows who is above and below your mark; send certificates to those who passed and follow up with the rest.
Should a compliance quiz be anonymous?
For compliance you'll usually collect employee IDs. The consent line tells people why.
Can I run a National Safety Day quiz?
Yes. Schedule a fire and workplace safety quiz for the week of 4 March, or play it live at your safety event.
Can employees take it on their phones?

How do I re-test every year?
Run the same quiz again. The report shows the movement from the first run to the latest.
Is the POSH template legally reviewed?
It's a starting point based on the POSH Act, 2013. Have your Internal Committee review the questions against your own policy.
